Our standard rates apply to all appointments booked during our non-peak windows. These hours are ideal if you want the best pricing with full access to the same services, team, and experience.

Appointments booked during peak hours include a 20% rate increase.
Peak hours are the highest-demand blocks of the day, times when our schedule fills up fastest and last-minute availability is limited. The increase ensures three things:

Priority Access: You’re reserving time during periods everyone wants, so the premium secures your spot.

Fair Availability: It helps prevent overbooking and keeps our schedule running smoothly.

Operational Balance: Higher demand requires additional staffing and resources to maintain the same level of service.

This structure keeps our pricing transparent and lets you choose what works best for your schedule and budget.

Our podcast studio rate is a flat $100 per hour (no peak-hour increase, no hidden fees, and no exceptions).
Whether you book during standard hours or peak hours, the rate stays exactly the same.

Description: A deeper session designed for full songs, multi-instrument tracking, band sessions, production layers, or more involved creative work. Gives you the time and space to build something real without feeling rushed.

Full Day Lockout - $800 for 8 hours
Description: A dedicated, uninterrupted full day in the studio. Perfect for EPs, albums, drum tracking, band projects, writing camps, or major recording days where you need complete access to the space and engineer.

Ideal for tracking full band takes, live drums, multiple instruments, or group vocals. This session allows for proper mic setup, sound checks, and multiple passes so everyone can lock in and make meaningful progress without feeling rushed.

Full Day Lockout -$1,100 for 8 hours
Description: A dedicated, uninterrupted full day in the studio designed for bands and groups. Ideal for full-band tracking, live sessions, drum-heavy projects, rehearsed performances, writing camps, or multi-song recording days where everyone needs to be set up, locked in, and moving efficiently with full engineer support.

Mixing — $200 per song
Description: Full professional mix with EQ, compression, FX, automation, cleanup, and one revision.

Mastering — $75 per song
Description: Streaming-ready final loudness and clarity.

Mix + Master Bundle — $250 per song
Description: Best value. Includes everything needed for a release.
