Quick Session — $107.56 total for 1 hour

Studio Session — $215.13 total for 2 hours

Base charge $200.00 + tax (7.5625%) $15.13 = total $215.13.
Description: A two-hour session for solo artists to develop a song, record vocals or individual instrument parts, and make clear progress. Work comfortably without committing to a longer studio day.

Pro Session — $430.25 total for 4 hours
Price includes Corrales gross receipts tax.
Base charge $400.00 + tax (7.5625%) $30.25 = total $430.25.
Description: A deeper session for solo artists recording full songs, layering instruments, or developing production. Gives you time to build your sound without feeling rushed.

Full Day Lockout — $860.50 total for 8 hours

Base charge $800.00 + tax (7.5625%) $60.50 = total $860.50.
Description: A dedicated, uninterrupted studio day for solo artists working on an EP, album, or larger recording project, with access to the space and engineer throughout your session.

NCR Artist Membership — $650/month + applicable tax
For solo artists who want to record regularly: two 90-minute recording visits with an NCR engineer, editing, mixing and mastering for up to two eligible vocal-over-instrumental songs, and a monthly planning check. Pro Session — $645.38 total for 4 hours

Description: A focused four-hour session designed for bands and groups who need real setup time and room to work. Ideal for tracking full band takes, live drums, multiple instruments, or group vocals. This session allows for proper mic setup, sound checks, and multiple passes so everyone can lock in and make meaningful progress without feeling rushed.

Full Day Lockout — $1,183.19 total for 8 hours

Base charge $1,100.00 + tax (7.5625%) $83.19 = total $1,183.19.
Description: A dedicated, uninterrupted full day in the studio designed for bands and groups. Ideal for full-band tracking, live sessions, drum-heavy projects, rehearsed performances, writing camps, or multi-song recording days where everyone needs to be set up, locked in, and moving efficiently with full engineer support.

Both packages include an NCR engineer. Booked time includes artist setup, soundcheck, recording, breaks and pack-up. Routine advance prep and room reset are included; exceptional work is quoted beforehand. Extra time is $150/hour before applicable tax, subject to availability. Mixing and mastering are separate. The full day saves $100 on the base charge versus two four-hour bookings.

Rehearsal session and membership prices are before applicable tax.

Studio/live-room use during your booked session. Equipment use and setup must be confirmed before booking. Maximum three hours per hourly booking.

Monthly Rehearsal Membership — $600/month per band. Four pre-scheduled 3-hour rehearsals per monthly billing period, 12 hours total. Month-to-month, paid in advance, subject to availability. Save $120 versus 12 hours at $60/hour.

Membership Fee- $400 per month for eight studio hours

Reserved control room access for producers, engineers, beatmakers, and songwriters who need a consistent professional space to work. Bring your own laptop and workflow — you get accurate monitoring, priority scheduling, and a room with no distractions. Randy’s production help is $40/hour extra, booked separately ahead of time.

Description: A private 2-hour session where you record a song together, start to finish, with an engineer guiding you. Pick from our suggested songs or bring your own. Snacks, sparkling water, and behind-the-scenes photos included. Finished recording in 4–7 business days. No experience needed.

Couples Podcast Session — $430.25 total for 2 hours
