NCR Artist
Membership
Record. Finish. Repeat.
Bring your prepared songs. Randy records with you, an approved specialist mixes and masters, and NCR checks and delivers the finished files.
$650 per month + applicable tax. Two 90-minute recording visits, up to two eligible finished songs and a 15-minute planning check per paid billing period. Month-to-month; cancel before the next charge. Exact total and full agreement are confirmed before payment.
Submit your request. Once approved, we’ll send your invoice and confirm your two recording sessions after payment.

Once your membership request is approved and your invoice is paid, choose a time for your included 90-minute recording session. Your membership includes two sessions per paid monthly period.

Prepared singers and rappers with a locked arrangement, one finished stereo instrumental and up to eight final vocal tracks per song; five minutes maximum per song. Routine offline vocal cleanup is limited to 15 minutes per song. One consolidated minor revision round, up to 30 minutes of vendor changes per song, is included. Basic automatic tuning is included only when confirmed in the approved finishing scope. Bands, custom production, arrangement and advanced editing require a separate quote.
How do recording visits work?
Two 90-minute visits provide three client recording hours per paid billing period. Book and send preparation materials at least 48 hours ahead. Dates depend on confirmed staff and studio availability; booking is within your paid period. One reschedule per visit with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows use that visit; lateness does not extend the end time. The studio reserves a separate 15-minute turnover after each visit.
When do I get my songs and files?
First mix target: 10 business days after complete materials are accepted. Final target: five business days after consolidated feedback. Send notes within seven days; the creative feedback window closes after 14 days without a reply. NCR-caused errors are still corrected. Delivery includes a 24-bit WAV master, MP3 and selected aligned dry vocals. Alternate versions, stems and native session files are not included.
What if I need more time?
The first two extra recording hours each billing period are $75/hour, then $80/hour. Extensions are in 30-minute increments; separate bookings have a one-hour minimum. An extra eligible finished song is $225, with recording time separate. Advanced work is $80/hour with a 30-minute minimum and an approved estimate. Extras must be approved before work begins.
Can I cancel, pause or carry time over?
Cancel before the next charge. The initial base price is fixed for three paid cycles, with 30 days’ notice of price changes. One unpaid pause is available per six paid cycles. Unused visits and unready songs do not routinely roll over; finishing already accepted by NCR remains owed to its original billing period. NCR-caused scheduling or delivery problems receive a remedy.
Guests, ownership and storage
Member plus up to two approved guests; no more than one featured performer. You retain ownership of paid commissioned masters, subject to underlying rights; membership does not automatically grant NCR royalties. Working files are retained for 90 days after delivery; masters while membership is active plus 90 days after it ends. Keep your own downloaded copies.

Give your band a regular place to rehearse with four pre-scheduled, three-hour sessions per monthly billing period — 12 hours total.

Your rehearsal time
Rehearsals take place in NCR’s existing studio/live room during your booked sessions. Dates and times are agreed in advance and subject to availability.
Four sessions are included even when a calendar month has five occurrences of your preferred weekday.
Equipment & access
Equipment use and setup must be confirmed before booking. Equipment storage, a dedicated private room, recording services, and an engineer are not included.
Access and setup arrangements must be approved before your first booking.

Need an occasional session instead?
Hourly rehearsal remains $50/hour: one hour $50, two hours $100, or three hours $150, with a three-hour maximum per booking.
Additional rehearsals beyond the membership are $50/hour, subject to availability.
Member referrals
Refer a band, earn a $50 membership credit
Members earn a one-time $50 membership credit when a new referred band pays its first full-price membership month and completes its first rehearsal.
After those credits are used, your payment returns to $360 unless you earn more.
Full referral terms
- A separate new band must identify the referring member at signup, pay the full $360 for its first membership month, and complete its first rehearsal. A contact, tour, or unpaid signup does not qualify.
- The referred band pays the regular membership price; there is no additional signup discount.
- The $50 credit applies to the referring member’s next unpaid membership invoice. One reward per new band, not each time that band renews.
- Credits can stack and reduce an invoice to $0. Any remaining referral credit carries forward.
- Credits are not redeemable for cash or extra rehearsal hours.
- A refunded or reversed qualifying payment cancels its associated referral credit.
- All new memberships are subject to available rehearsal slots.
